What can I do if I have received a faulty product?

How long will it take for delivery?
Please allow 2-4 Business days for your products to be delivered.
*Business days usually include Monday-Friday excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Is there any warranty?
Full Option offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products purchased from www.car-fulloption.com and authorized retailers.
Returns and exchanges
We would be happy to accept returns/exchanges of any unused Full Option product in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to shop.fulloption@gmail.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process.
If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. Full Option will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not currently ship our products internationally.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped out in 1-2 business days you’ll receive an email with your tracking information which you can use to track your shipment.
How long does it take to process an order?
If you place an order on a weekend, your order should be processed the following business day. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods. We recommend allowing 1-3 business days from placing your order.
Where are our products manufactured?
Our factories are located throughout China, mainly in Shenzhen, where 95% of the world's wireless charging products are designed and manufactured.

To ensure the security of our customers, no credit card number is ever stored in our system. Your credit card details will be passed to the payment gateway as soon as they have been collected.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at shop.fulloption@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
